Payment Policy

Policy

Elegant Chauffeurs, LLC  does not accept rides booked less than five hours in advance.

 

Rides are confirmed by availability. If available, you will receive a payment checkout link to book requested ride. If the checkout link is not completed, you will be notified and your ride will not be booked.

 

Payment

Payment is handled in two parts. You are required to leave a 50% deposit upon booking. The remainder of the ride fare will be charged once passenger is dropped off at desired location. If you requested a ride 2-3 hours in advance you will be charged the complete fare at time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, venmo, cashapp, and paypal.

 

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel, please provide the professional courtesy of letting us know. We will do the same.

 

There will be no deposit refund for cancellations less than 3 hours in advance of scheduled ride. If you booked your ride 2-3 hours in advance and have to cancel, there will be no refund.
 

If for any reason a driver has to cancel, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid. If driver cancels less than one hour in advance you will be refunded and given a $20 credit towards your next booked fare for the inconvenience.

 

Completed Ride Dissatisfaction

 

If for some reason your driver does not make it to the destination on time due to an extremely late pickup or poor navigation skills, your ride will be refunded up to 100% of the ride depending on circumstance.

 

Pickup/Dropoff Changed Location
 

If there are any changes to the pickup / drop-off location there will be an additional $5 fee if it is within a 3 mile radius. There will be an additional $5 fee for each additional mile outside of that.
